The facilities we offer at the hotel - alongside our attention to detail towards each customer's needs and requirements - are the main reason to visit us this summer. We always do our very best to help in any way we can. We have a wonderful indoor swimming pool with a spa bath, tennis court, games room, indoor and outdoor play areas and a putting green. Our beautiful lounges are perfect for taking in the breathtaking view, and of course, the delicious five-course evening meal which changes daily.

Crabbing at Aberdovey

With the Dovey estuary on our doorstep, the Trefeddian Hotel is situated in an enviable location, with hills to one side, and sand dunes and beaches to the other. You can choose to either ramble through fields and woodlands, or enjoy long lazy days on the beach, exploring the sand dunes or get those nets out and go crabbing off the jetty. A perfect mix of everything for all the family.

3.

Dolphins at Aberdovey

The Trefeddian Hotel sits on the coast of Cardigan Bay. It is home to Europe’s largest population of bottlenose dolphins and it is claimed to be the best place in Europe for dolphin watching. Summer months are the best time to spot these graceful creatures.

4.

Sunset in Aberdovey

Many people travel to destinations all around the world to get that amazing sunset photo. But did you know that, in our opinio, we have the best sunsets in the world, right here in Aberdovey? Each sunset is different - the colours are vibrant and there isn’t anywhere more relaxing that sitting at the front of the hotel, as the day winds down, watching the sun disappear over the horizon.

5.

Harlech Castle

The local area around the hotel is bustling with attractions suitable for all the family. You can choose between a ride on one of the many steam railways, spend the day at Corris Craft Centre and King Arthur’s Labyrinth, explore the impressive castles in the area, or take a ride out to Llechwedd, home to the longest zip wire in Europe.
