Breakfast Chef
We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Breakfast Chef to become part of our well-established and friendly kitchen team. If you're passionate about food and eager to develop your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and cook hot & cold breakfast items to a consistently high standard for up to 120 guests
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures
- Work efficiently during fast-paced shifts
- Working with the kitchen and front of house team
Who We’re Looking For
Candidates with previous kitchen experience, looking to grow within a professional team.
What We Offer:
- 29 hours per week over 5 mornings 6.30am-12pm, Sunday 6.30am-2pm
- Salary of £20-22k along with a share of TRONC tips
- Year round permanent position
- Meals provided on shift. Uniform supplied, laundered on site

Commis Chef

About the Role
As Commis Chef, you’ll assist with dinner service and afternoon tea. Other responsibilities will include:
- Assist with dinner service for up to 120 guests
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures
- Work efficiently during fast-paced shifts
- Working with the kitchen and front of house team
Who We’re Looking For
Candidates with previous kitchen experience preferred.
What We Offer:
- 20 hours per week over 4 evenings plus 2 days starting at 2pm
- Salary of £13-14k along with a share of TRONC tips
- Permanent year round position
- Meals provided on shift. Uniform supplied, laundered on site

Receptionist
We have a new opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our Front of House team. Our team are the face of the Trefeddian and provide a warm welcome greeting guests, and going out of their way to make each stay a memorable experience.
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and confident person to work in our experienced Reception team. The role is well suited to someone with the confidence to engage with guests and flexibility to be a team player. Good communication skills required, along with admin and computer literacy.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but full training will be given. Shifts includes evenings and weekends.

- Salary of £28-31k along with a share of TRONC tips
