End of Another Year ...

As another year draws to a close and the hotel hears the last footsteps leaving before the winter break, it’s a time to reflect on the events of 2019.

The past year has seen the hotel continuing to offer excellent traditional family service in luxurious surroundings.

We have had an exciting year of awards - our traditional Welsh breakfast received the accolade of an AA Breakfast award. We were Good Hotel Guide, editor’s choice family winner and, to top it off, we were delighted to win the inaugural Mid Wales Tourism Award for Best Hotel which means we will be entered into the Wales National Tourism awards which will be presented in March 2020…watch this space!

Our new self-catering accommodation, Seascape I and II, were opened to rave reviews. These five star apartments offer the very latest in modern, luxury living with all the benefits of being placed in the hotel grounds with full use of the facilities.  

Another very exciting development is our new website - with a sleek, modern feel, it offers all you would expect, highlighting the décor and ambiance of the hotel. You can purchase a gift voucher for that special someone from afternoon tea to a monetary value to use against accommodation. New features include travel alerts and our monthly blog. You can also book online, but rest assured the reception team remains available to help if you prefer to speak to someone – it’s good to talk!

Our amazing team of staff, from the groundsman to the managers, have enjoyed meeting you all through the year and making your holidays a memorable occasion. We very much hope to see you all again in 2020 when we re-open on Sunday 12th January with a special lunch.

So we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and we look forward to seeing you on the flip side.
