We Are SO Happy To Be Back

Today, the Trefeddian Hotel is bustling with the arrival of our first guests since the Welsh lockdown which started in October 2020. In the weeks leading up to this day, all of our team have been filled with equal measures of anticipation, nervousness and excitement. 

However, we haven’t been sat on our laurels during lockdown. The team have been refreshing their skills with extra training for first aid, swimming pool rescues and fire drills. All of our team need to make sure they can effectively and safely look after our guests.

As well as training, we have also been concentrating on the fun side of working at the Trefeddian. The team have been sampling new wines, testing out new dishes for our restaurant menus and cakes for our afternoon teas.

We have also been carrying out extra improvements and refurbishments around the hotel so guests can continue to enjoy the stunning panoramic views across Cardigan Bay and down the Pembrokeshire coast from all of our lounges.

Anne Marie, our Assistant Manager, says “I can’t wait to see all our lovely customers, new and old, and to hear the hotel buzzing with the happiness of people enjoying their holidays at the Trefeddian and in Aberdovey.”
