Starter Chef
Fixed Rota - Fri - Tues | 42 hours per week | £588 weekly pay plus Tronc
Are you a passionate, creative chef looking for a new challenge? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Starter Chef to join our hardworking kitchen team. In this role, you’ll be creating and cooking a a variety of starter dishes for our daily changing dinner menu, using fresh, local and seasonal produce, for our hotel guests.
Experience with starters is beneficial, but we’re happy to train the right person. A love for food and an eagerness to try new recipes and ideas are qualities we also look for.
General Duties:
- Daily preparation of starters that feature fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Supporting the kitchen team during daily kitchen service
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
