Terms and Conditions of entry

Eligibility of Entries

• All photos submitted must be your own original work.
• Entries must not have been previously published elsewhere.
• Submissions must not infringe the rights of any other person, including copyright, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
• Photos must not contain anything offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful.

Submission Requirements

• By entering, you grant the Trefeddian Hotel sole and exclusive use of your photo entry.
• Use of Entries
• The Trefeddian Hotel reserves the right to use submitted photos in promotional material, including but not limited to social media, website, and print.
• Where your photo is used, you will be credited as the photographer.

Prize

• The winner will receive a weekend stay in a sea view room at the Trefeddian Hotel, including dinner and breakfast.
• Extras such as drinks or additional services are not included.

General Conditions

• The competition is run by the Trefeddian Hotel.
• By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• The hotel reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.
• Winner will be announced in early December 2026
